Ordering on our site is completely secure and confidential. We take your privacy and security very seriously and have implement some strict creditcard verification 'checks' in our shopping carts. Every once in a while an organizer (or someone in their order group) might have a problem checking out.
In this case, you will be alerted of the decline by an automated warning and an email! Rest assured...we'll make sure you get taken care of!
Here are some tips and useful information on successful ordering...
1) Make sure you are entering your credit card security code correctly. Most of the time, this code is found near the signature space on the back of your card. It is the last three digits of this usually longer number (usually separated from the rest of the number by a space). Once in a while, your security code will be four digits long and on the front of your card above your credit card number. If you have numbers on both the front and the back of your card, please use the one on the back.
2) Make sure you are entering your billing address correctly. Sometimes this may be different than your current address (such as if your billing statements are sent to your permanent address and not a work, school, or temporary address). Your bank should be able to verify which address your card statements are sent to.
3) Make sure your credit card number and expiration date are entered correctly.
Please Note: In some cases, a declined transaction will show up on your online bank statement for up to five business days as a pending transaction. Rest assured that declined transactions on our site will NEVER become actual charges on your card or account. Only approved transactions will be charged. These pending charges may show up until our merchant account can let your bank know that the charge was declined.
