Using interns is a very cost effective and efficient way to boost sales and generate orders. Since 2006, we’ve used more than 40 interns in our Iowa City location to handle everything from branding, market penetration, product testing, promotions, event execution, social media and more.

The University of Iowa offers credit for many of their majors so our internships are unpaid but many times, team members can receive school credit by completing an academic internship. In the Spring of 2011, we have assembled our largest intern team ever (7-8 students) and have upgraded our strategy to be more structured and measurable

The attached document acts as the ‘welcome package’ for this team. It contains a description of the internship program, FAQ’s, task details, advise from past team members, and strategy suggestions. You are more than welcome to use the attached document as a template for your program. We can also customize this document for your business for $50.00.
